1 - Artwork
For digital artworks the client will receive a 300dpi file, in RGB color space, if you want to print it will be CMYK.
2 - Production
Production: The work will have the production divided into 3 parts, "Pre-Production", "Production", and "Post-Production" specified in detail below:
Pre-Production: The initial step where the necessary prototypes for the Artwork are created; Concepts of characters, scenarios, understanding of history and important details for the artwork will be produced, through instructions from the Client(you), production of visual concepts, conception of the composition, and definitions of final color and values composition.
Production: Where the production of the art itself will take place, refining the components created in Pre-Production, and creating the desired final version
Post-Production: Adding details regarding more worked visual effects and adjusting some small detail's, this is the finished version, no more work will be done after that phase.
3 - Delivery Time
Resume: This can change over time, but for now I have 4 slots for commissioners, so i expect to deliver the art in 1 or 2 weeks, if the slots are full I'll finish at least before one month after the payment. All times may vary according to the complexity of the art!
Pre-Production: In 3-6 days after the recession of the full payment. The Client will give feedback to the Artist on any necessary changes in time.
Production:Will begin after the changes are applied the, and will be delivered 3-6 (also may vary) days after the feedback recession.
Post-Production:1-2 days, or until the number of revisions detailed in Part 6 are completed. The estimated time for the work to be completed is 7-15 days.
4 - RIGHTS GRANTED:
After the full payment recession, the the Artist grants the following rights to the Client. All rights not explicitly listed here will be reserved by the Artist. The Artist retains the ownership and copyright of the Artwork and all preliminary works(any art made by the artist in the production time) associated with the Artwork, except as specifically indicated below.

Usage of the work: Printing, personal use, virtual use
Territory: Universal
Duration: Lifetime
Rights not granted:
Commercial: The commission is for non-commercial purposes, you are NOT allowed to use it for profit unless given permission, this includes NFTs/blockchains.
Copy right: You can't reseal the artwork, or share online without the given credits for the artist: "art made by @demogoorl", you can't erase the artist signature.
5 - Payment
Once the commission is discussed and agreed upon, you will receive a payment link in your e-mail.
The Client agrees to pay US$???(Total Balance (varies according to the Artwork see base prices here)) for the Rights Granted in Part 3. Customer agrees to pay 100% of the Total Balance upon receiving the invoice after the art request(by e-mail) as a Deposit.
Payments for commissions are upfront.
The payment are accepted through a PayPal link(PayPal only or
pix ). The link is sent to the e-mail provided by the Client.Termination Fee: If Client cancel the Commission at any time after the Deposit is made, but before the Artist start Pre-Production, 10% of the Deposit amount will act as a Termination Fee. If Client cancel the Commission at any time after the Artist has started the Pre-Production step(by sending images as proof), then the Termination Fee will remain valid, and will be proportional to the remaining time of production (each step corresponds to 1 third of the total production time)(the artwork will stay with the Artist). The Client can't cancel the Commission after the the production ending.
Late payments(5 days after the payment request has been sent), will be removed from the queue.
6 - REVISIONS:
The Artist will have the first opportunity to make the revisions of the Artwork requested by the Client. However the Client has the right to change the Artwork in order to adapt it to his will by limiting the quantity delimited below:
The Artist grants the Client; 2 opportunities to make revisions in Pre-Production, one in Production, and one in Post-Production regarding the elements that make up each stage. The Artist undertakes to make these revisions in the best possible way. Other revisions after the limit described above, will imply a rate of 10% of the Total Balance for each extra revision as a separate Review Fee limited to two extra revisions per step.
Any details that the Artist missed on your references(that was listed to be in the final art) will be her responsibility, and will have no charge for the change.
7 - CREDITS:
Client agrees to credit Artist with the following "art by @demogoorl" if it shares on social networks. If the final product is printed, the Client agrees not to delete Artist's signature before or after printing. The Client will make every effort to include credit when the Artwork is used publicly in real or virtual public environments.
8 - MISCELLANEOUS
If the Client fails to comply with any of the obligations set on this terms of service the Client agrees to reimburse the Artist for any legal fees incurred in performing this Agreement.
The Artist agrees that the Artwork is original to the Artist and has not been previously licensed to any other party in order to interfere with the Rights Granted to the Client in Section 3.
This Agreement is binding on the parties, their heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives.
This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Its terms may be modified in writing and signed by both parties. It is understood by all parties to this Contract that claims or disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the relevant laws and statutes of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
This Terms of Service is entered into from the date where the Client pay the Total Balance(Deposit) for the desired commission.
